By placing an order, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Delivery services are available exclusively within Australia and are limited to addresses selectable during the checkout process.
Delivery to locations outside Australia is currently not supported.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Conditions

All products purchased from Homigetnest qualify for free delivery within Australia.

Delivery services include order preparation, careful packaging, logistics coordination, and delivery to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
For customer convenience, a return shipping label is included inside the parcel at the time of delivery.

3. Prices and Applicable Taxes

All prices displayed on the Homigetnest website include applicable taxes in accordance with Australian regulations.

Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, no additional fees are payable upon delivery.

4. Order Processing and Handling Time

After payment has been successfully completed, orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing Cut-Off Time:

Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been dispatched.
Orders may be cancelled within a maximum of 48 hours after placement, provided processing has not yet begun.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the delivery location and logistics capacity within Australia.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 40 days of receiving their order.

6. Shipping Services and Order Tracking

All shipments are handled by approved logistics partners operating within Australia.

Each order is issued with a tracking number. Tracking details are provided by email, allowing customers to monitor the delivery progress of their shipment.
